These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pro.drinkkenetik.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from VitaNav Inc., doing business as Kenetik. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and access. Access to product content and purchasing on this Site is limited to patients who have been referred by a participating healthcare practitioner and approved for access. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have a valid referral from a healthcare practitioner.

Medical disclaimer. KenetikPro Concentrate is a nutrition product intended to be used under the guidance of a licensed healthcare practitioner. It is not a drug or a medical device. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and no content on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Your dosing is directed by your healthcare practitioner; follow their instructions for amount, timing, and frequency. Always consult your practitioner before starting, changing, or stopping any product or protocol, and seek professional care for any medical concern. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and contact your healthcare provider. Use of this product is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Product use. Use the product only as directed by your healthcare practitioner and as described on the product label. Keep the product out of reach of children.

Orders, pricing, and payment. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud or ineligibility. Prices and availability may change without notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your order and any applicable taxes and shipping.

Accounts and referral codes. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Referral codes are for use by referred patients only and may not be shared, resold, or used for any unauthorized purpose.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Site or products in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
